To further enhance production the machine is available
with a dual-heat option. The vacuum sealer is easily
mounted on an ergonomic machine stand or can be
placed on a tabletop.
Process Validation
Fully lock out protected, alarmed, digital process control.
The user friendly LCD touch screen and high speed PLC
provide the confidence that all process parameters are
maintained seal-to-seal. External verification ports offer
ease of calibration.
Technology & Innovation Built-In
Password protected digital control of all seal parameters,
five operating modes, six seal Process recipes, visual &
audible alarms and calibration screens. Stainless steel
cases withstand harsh environments and resist the effects
of biocides.
Safety
Standard Safety features include Safe Low Pressure Jaw
Close, Emergency Stop Button, Internal ‘Coyote’ high
temperature limit, and thermal overload protection.
